Leading the next generation on an epic journey

Quite simply, we are
CHALLENGING THE STATUS QUO, CHANGING THE GAME AND FLIPPING THE SCRIPT

Hashtag Hotels was founded and created by Nash Cohen and Simon Gilbert, who had become frustrated with existing Hotels that were built on archaic legacy technology and systems which lead to poor customer service and a laborious Customer Experience.

So in short, Hashtag was created with some unique and simple tech themes and elements. This allows us to scale our solutions across a wide geographic area and a large number of sites and guests.

The world has changed in the last 5-10 years, and will continue to do so. As opposed to the cumbersome and heavyweight nature of establised groups, Hashtag remains a lightweight agile business which can compete with the simple tech solutions we employ.

Talk

Currently in development is our Concierge of the Future: Hashtag AI. When launched this unique piece of artificial intelligence will be available to handle the queries and requests of a limitless number of guests - simultaneously.

Talk Intelligence has come a long way since the early days of Siri, but we are only at the beginning of this AI journey and transition. We are committed to being a pioneering force in the development and deployment of such 'future proofed' technology.

Control

Currently in development; with one touch, dim the lights, play music, turn up the heat, lock the doors and arm the security system. Check in  from your smartphone, no matter where you are. Press a “Goodnight” button that will put your room to sleep, turning off all lights and locking all doors. With our AI: CONTROL system, your options are virtually limitless. Forget about ever touching that thermostat again, in fact, forget about the thermostat all together. With our automated climate control, your thermostat is anywhere you are. Control every aspect of your room from wherever you are, using your smartphone, tablet or even your voice.
